No. Under no circumstance should camphor or mothballs be used in an infant’s room. The naphthalene or camphor can go through the skin into the blood supply.
Can I buy Moth Balls or Camphor in bulk?
No, Government regulations prohibit them being sold unless packed in an child safe encapsulated format. As they are balls they may be mistaken for lollies and if eaten are poisoness

Where can I buy Napthalene Flakes in loose form?

Can I put the flakes in the pantry?
No, you can purchase Pantry Moth Trap which is safe around food.
I have used naphthalene to store my clothes and can not get the smell out.
Naphthalene is a highly volatile substance ( evaporates when heat is applied ). The best way is to hand wash them in hot water and hang them out to dry.
I have sprinkled naphthalene flakes in my ceiling and now my house smells. What can I do to get rid of the smell.
To assist in clearing out the smell allow for ventilation. Remove excess naphthalene from the ceiling using a dustpan and brush, and then open up all the windows.

The label on Camphor and Mothballs says must hang in a well ventilated area. Does this mean I can not put it in my wardrobe?
No, the product is specifically designed to hang in wardrobes or chests to protect clothes. We have to put this in case people hang them in areas that are used a lot by people. If they are in an office or study or anywhere other than a wardrobe they need to make sure the area is ventilated.
Which works best, Moth Balls or Camphor?
They are both as effective as each other. It comes down to the smell preferred by consumers .Moth Balls are a stronger scent.

It takes up to 2 weeks for spray to be effective. Please call back after 2 weeks if ants still there.
